Dues: plans, assignment, and first-year pricing

Create plans under Finances → Plans, then assign them three ways: to every active member at once, to a selection from the roster (filter, check, assign), or to one member from their Dues tab. Assigning twice never double-charges.

First-year discount: set a percentage on the Plans page and every member in their first year automatically gets it as a visible scholarship on their assignment — and rolls to full price next season with nothing to remember. Who counts as first-year comes from the Year joined field on their profile, so set it for imported veterans first.

Members pay by card from their portal once your Stripe account is connected (Settings → Payments); cash and check entries count toward the same balance either way. Scholarships, waivers, and refunds all live on the assignment.
