Questions treasurers ask
- What counts as one choir?
- One organization with one roster. A chorus that also fields quartets, sections, or a youth ensemble under the same roof is still one choir — ensembles are built in. A second organization with its own roster and its own board is a second subscription.
- Do my members pay anything?
- No. The subscription is paid by the choir; members never pay SingCommand. When members pay dues or buy tickets, that money goes to your choir's own Stripe account — standard card processing fees apply there, and SingCommand adds nothing on top.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- You subscribe, or you don't. If you don't, your data stays put and exportable — nothing is deleted for not paying. The workspace suspends until a subscription starts.
- Can we cancel anytime?
- Yes, from the billing page, effective at the end of the paid period. Export your data whenever you like — it's yours.
- Is there a discount for small or new choirs?
- The price is flat on purpose — no tiers, no per-member math, no feature gates. If $39 is genuinely the obstacle for your group, write to us.
