Events, concerts, and what members see

Create events with one date and the times that matter: call (performers arrive), doors, start, and end. Bulk-create a whole season of weekly rehearsals in one pass — stage charts included.

Notes to the choir is the field for "dressing room is on the second floor" — members see it in the portal; it never appears publicly, even on a public event.

Members open any event for the full picture: every time, the venue with a map link and performer instructions, your notes — and when a stage chart is attached, the rendered chart with their own spot highlighted and a sentence telling them which row and between whom. Attach multiple charts when a concert uses more than one formation.
