Admin → Files holds the documents a choir accumulates: member handbooks, board minutes, marketing materials. Organize them in folders and set each file's visibility — members, admins only, or public. Replacing a file keeps its link working, so the handbook URL you shared last year still opens this year's edition.

Members see their library under Portal → Documents.
