Seasons and semesters

The year for membership and dues; semesters for the day-to-day.

A season is your membership year — dues, board terms, and the roster's rhythm. If your choir runs school-style, add semesters inside a season (Fall, Spring): rehearsals, repertoire, and attendance thresholds then follow the semester while membership stays on the year.

Semesters are optional. Without them, everything simply runs on the season — nothing changes.

Set the current season (and semester) under Admin → Seasons. Repertoire can attach to the whole season or to one semester; a semester-scoped piece shows in members' folders and libraries only while its semester runs.
